What you get to do every day
- Manage and lead a team of data analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team’s success in delivering high-quality analytics solutions.
- Develop and implement data analytics strategies aligned with organizational goals. Identify opportunities to leverage data for business optimization and growth.
- Oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of large datasets. Utilize statistical methods and data visualization techniques to extract meaningful insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, Clinical Care, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of analytics solutions into business processes.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data analytics tools and technologies. Evaluate and implement new tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the analytics team.
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Implement and enforce data quality standards. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and reliability of analytical outputs.
- Work closely with senior management to align data analytics initiatives with overall business strategy. Contribute to the development of long-term plans for data analytics capabilities.
What you bring to the role
- Proven experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role, with at least 3 years of managerial experience.
- At least 5 years of experience as a data analyst writing SQL and producing data visualizations.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools such as Tableau, Looker, Snowflake, Red Shift, Jupyter Notebook, Hex, etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
